The MEO Cheesecake Experience It started with a simple obsession: to create the best cheesecake in Brighton. Our Basque-style cheesecake isn't like others. It has no crust, a beautifully rustic, caramelised top, and a light, custardy centre that melts in your mouth. We use high-quality ingredients and bake in small batches right here in our Kemptown kitchen, ensuring every single cheesecake is rich, creamy, and unforgettable.
Planning a celebration? You can pre-order a whole cake (serves 8) by visiting us at the counter. We need 48 hours' notice to bake your perfect cake, though we can sometimes manage 24 hours if you’re in a real rush just ask our team!
We keep our counter stocked daily with fresh slices of our most popular flavours. Just pop in, see what’s fresh, and take a treat to go. We’re open 8am – 5pm every day.
Our Basque cheesecakes love the cold. Keep yours in the fridge and enjoy it within 3 days for that perfect, custardy texture.
Our recipe is naturally flourless! While we aren't a certified gluten-free kitchen, we don't use wheat in our cheesecake batter. Please chat with our team if you have a severe allergy.
